Our goal for Greenwood Wrights’Fest is to have a safe, family-friendly event where we gather to enjoy and learn together about the rich world of greenwood craftsmanship. Attendees agree to the safety measures on this page, including best practices for carving safety. If you are new to handling a tool let us know, and we will be glad to show you how to use it safely.
Liability waiver and release
All festival attendees must agree to and sign a liability waiver. You can fill this out prior to the festival or sign it on-site.
By attending this event you acknowledge that you may be photographed on the premises.
Children
All children 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Cancellation and refund policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us for as soon as possible for a refund. Refunds are not offered 48 hours or less prior to the event.
Agritourism event risks
Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
