Liability Waiver and Release

All festival attendees must agree to and sign the liability waiver. We ask that attendees fill this out ahead of time and bring it with them to the festival.

Photo Release

By attending this event you acknowledge that you may be photographed on the premises.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us for as soon as possible for a refund. Refunds will no longer be offered beginning 48 hours before the event begins.

COVID-19 Policy

Our goal for Greenwood Wrights’Fest is to have a safe, family-friendly event where we gather to enjoy and learn together about the rich world of greenwood craftsmanship. We strongly recommend that everyone attending the festival get fully vaccinated to protect themselves and those around them. (Note: The CDC definition of what it means to be fully vaccinated can be found here: CDC Definition of Fully Vaccinated) We do not have any additional restrictions at this time.

Additional Safety Measures

  • Sanitization: Sanitizer stations have been added around the property. Bathrooms and portable toilets will be cleaned and sanitized on a schedule recommended by the local health department.
  • Health attestation: Staff and volunteers will be monitored for symptoms.

Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
